Everyone has probably heard of juicing. When I first heard of it, I was skeptical. Mostly because I really didn’t like the sound (and taste) of liquified veggies and fruits together. But the more I read about the benefits, I was getting really interested in giving it a try.
A few tips about juicing. Invest in a good juicer. Start off by juicing fruits and veggies you actually like eating whole. Juicing isn’t a full meal, you have to incorporate into your daily food intake.
Juicing has a lot of benefits like,
– Weight Loss
– Improving overall health
– Increasing intake of vegetables/ fruits
– Consuming a wider variety of vegetables/ fruits
– Absorbing all the nutrients from the vegetables/ fruits
I started off by juicing green apples, carrots and mint leaves. It tasted quite good so I’ll be looking out for new recipes to try. Here are some recipes that caught my eye.
Morning Glory – It contains beetroot, carrot and orange. It helps in cleansing the liver and blood. It also helps in weight loss.
Heart Beet – It contains apple, beetroot, carrot, lemon and orange. It improves digestion and your complexion.
